Immersion assembly

Walking in to the hall for our Immersion Assembly I saw a rugby stadium on the screen. We are learning about the rugby world cup.
The teacher s were doing items.
I saw Mr Somerville too. He was in the movie he was funny.
I saw the teacher s dancing and singing. Assembly was fun.

At Motat

AT MO TAT by Htarawa Monong

Yesterday I went to look at Mo tat. I saw an olden day police car.Then we went to the tactile dome and I was scared because it was dark and I couldn’t see.
I said, “I’m gonna die! I’m gonna die. Help me!”
Then I told my teacher that I was scared.
We went to mirror maze and I ran and I hit my head and
I said, “ Help me”.Then we went to the man that was lying
on the chair with a blanket and I was scared. After that we went to train and looked at it.

Yesterday we made popcorn in a popcorn maker
machine.When it was going to pop out it looked
like a volcano.And we ate it. It was yum.

In the school I went to swimming with my class and room 16. I swam with my friends and Miss V. We swam together .Miss V told me to go across the pool and she told us to do free style. I stood up in the water and we felt warm in the water.I swam with Mrs V.

Tornado

On Tuesday the 3rd May there was a tornado.
There were cars blown over and people hurt.
If I had been in that tornado I would have been
very frightened and scared.

In The Holidays...

In the holidays I went to my cousin’s house. I played with my cousin and my sister. We played tiggy on the grass.
Then we went home and we went to the shop with my family.

Eggs in a Basket
On Monday we painted our eggs white.
The next day I coloured the egg blue ,orange and green. Then I put my egg on the window sill to dry.
After that I made a basket to put my egg in.I coloured the picture on my basket green and red.Then I put my egg in the basket.
